Abstract
Objective 1. Determine what type of training program best meets the needs of potential employers, entrepreneurs, and watermen in Virginia. Objective 2. Based on results of Objective 1, develop appropriate training programs to meet needs of current aquaculture operators, train potential entrepreneurs, and re-train watermen.
