This study was 68% funded by the Virginia Coastal Resources Management Program of the Departmem of Environmental Quality through Grants #NA-570Z056 l-O I and NA-670Z0360-0 I of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management, under the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, as amended.
